A roll-off dumpster is a heavy-duty container used for any sized project to help you get your next project or clean-out done faster. This container has an open top for easy, on location loading of junk, trash and debris. It's large capacity makes it ideal for a cleanup, remodel, renovation or demolition. These containers are also known as "roll-off dumpsters" because they are delivered on a large commercial truck that rolls the dumpster off the back of the truck.
A roll-off dumpster is the workhorse of any home or business. It's the perfect way to dispose of garbage and debris. The size and depth of a roll-off dumpster makes it perfect for any size project, from something as simple as landscaping to large cleanups, junk and trash removal, remodels, demolition, roofing, driveway replacements, etc. There's no end to the uses of a dumpster. They save time, which saves money.
Size matters when renting a dumpster. Order one too small, and you'll end up ordering another one. We can help you figure out the size you need based on what you're disposing of.

They all come with rear swing doors. We do have a few 40yd dumpsters with the double rear doors for smaller delivery areas.
Always lock your containers after use, so that people don't just throw their trash in them. This is often a problem in residential areas, and sometimes cannot be avoided, but we would rather tell you than not.
We do not accept any hazardous waste material, such as asbestos, lead, paint or flammable materials, batteries, sludge or nuclear waste.
If there are tires found in the dumpster, you will be charged $25 per tire. If there is hazardous waste or paint found, you will be charged an additional surcharge based on what it costs to dispose of for us.
Yes, we are open 24/7. We do deliver at night, on weekends and holidays. We charge a small surcharge for these times/days, but we are definitely open and operating.
No. We rarely see our customers. When you call or fill out the form to order one, you provide us with the location for placement, and our drivers place the dumpster you provided for us. If you have a tricky situation or tight space, or have a certain need for placement or are just simply wanting to watch, you can definitely do so!
That will depend on several factors. The age of the concrete slab, current cracks, or how thick it is. It also depends on the weight of the dumpster after full. We roll the dumpsters back and place them down slowly, and then when we remove them, we roll the dumpster back up onto the rails of the truck.
Should you have pavers or a driveway that was done recently and still want the dumpster placed in the driveway, we always suggest our customers provide wood board or sheets of wood in which to place the front and rear wheels on.
Also, the dumpsters are often times too large to fit in a driveway and must be placed on the street. We can also place them in your backyard, front yard or other space. Just let us know where you want the dumpster to be placed. We are not responsible to any damages done to the driveway.
Not a problem. Simply call us and let us know that you are in need of a switch-out and we will bring you another one to replace that one at the same time we take the old one away.
You can fill the dumpster nearly to the top. We just ask that you not fill it over the top, as when we remove the dumpster, it's highly likely that it will spill or fall out of the top, and then it will be left there unless we can easily just throw it back on top of the pile. If it is overloaded, you may be charged an overload fee of $150.
In the extremely rare case that this happens, it will be due to the contents. Only flammable material will catch fire. If this happens, you will be charged the cost to repair the dumpster. We will get it looked at and professionally repaired and an estimate of costs will be sent to you.
In this case, you will be charged a dry run fee of $150. Please be sure that the areas in front and behind the dumpster are free and clear. The trucks require a lot of space to back in and remove the dumpster.
You will have to contact the HOA before you get a dumpster to ask them what you need in order to rent one. They will tell you. Otherwise, you may be fined if you don't do that first, and end up paying for a dumpster you can't use before you are allowed to use one. Always ask and be sure beforehand.
